Our service providers
Neogames uses other service providers in daily life and when organizing events. These service providers process your data only at and according to Neogames ́ instructions to provide the service. As an example, Neogames has service provider for accounting and in some events catering. In some cases, using the services requires you to register (e.g. Facebook, Eventbrite). On those situations using these services has application from both Neogames’ privacy policy and service provider’s privacy policy.
Eventbrite, Facebook and YouTube
With events Neogames uses mainly Eventbrite as registration system. Eventbrite has multiple safety measures to secure your data.
Neogames collect information posted to Play Finland Facebook group to newsletter. The newsletter is available on Neogames’ website. On Facebook group Neogames and Facebook are joint controllers.
Both Eventbrite and Facebook store the data in USA. They both have EU-US Privacy Shield certification.
Neogames uses YouTube to introduce Finnish games and to stream and save video material from the Finnish Game Awards. YouTube is part of Google. Google has data centres around the world and data might be transferred to servers outside Finland. Google has EU-US Privacy Shield certification.

Public authorities
Neogames provides data of its’ board members to registers maintained by public authorities according to applicable laws.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Neogames uses cloud service as file management. This cloud service stores data in USA and has EU-US Privacy Shield certification.
With events Neogames uses Eventbrite as registration system.
Neogames maintains Play Finland group in Facebook. Neogames also collects information of posts to the newsletter available on Neogames’ website.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
Neogames stores the data we have collected in secure and safe way. Access to data is restricted. The cloud service and e-mail service we use are secured with e.g. firewalls. Also, the service providers Neogames uses store the data secure way and restrict the access to data.
Data retention
We retain your data as long as your organisation is our member, is part of the research we do of the industry, organizing the event requires or required by law.
With events, we retain your data until the event and possible registration fee has been paid. With our members, we retain data as long as the membership and its’ benefits and obligations continue.
With the database of Finnish game companies, we retain data as long as your company is working on game industry.
With our accounting and auditing, Neogames and our accounting service and auditor retain the data us long as it is required by laws.
